Is my financial data safe?
Yes. Work happens through read-only bank feeds and accountant-level access inside QuickBooks Online. I can see and organize your data; I can never move, withdraw, or transfer funds. Every engagement includes a signed confidentiality agreement, and you can revoke access at any time.
Do I have to get on calls?
One short discovery call at the start. After that everything runs asynchronously: email, a shared checklist, and written monthly summaries you read on your own schedule. Most clients never need another meeting.
Can you work with my business if we are in different states?
Yes. Kazper Ledger works fully remotely with small businesses in all 50 states. Everything runs through QuickBooks Online, email, and secure cloud file sharing, so where you are based makes no difference to how your books are kept.
Do you file my taxes?
No, and that is deliberate. Your books stay accurate and you receive a clean, CPA-ready package, so your tax preparer works faster and charges you less. If you do not have a CPA, I will coordinate directly with whoever you choose.
